Perfect for Waldorf Colour of the Day Dolls ~ this beautiful little set with a Wood Folk for each of the Waldorf day colours with matching small wooden gem + stepping stone is engraved with the day of the week.
When not in use for Colour of the day, they are also great for small world play, season dolls, colour matching, sorting, role play ~ So many play adventures they could join, and they are just so dang cute!
Each Wood Folk is made from solid timber, cut from salvaged or fallen branches + is individually sanded on all edges for a beautiful, soft, tactile experience.
Soft, lightweight silk has been chosen instead of traditional felt for the cloak for the little bush buddies to dress appropriately for our warm Australian climate! The silk has been hand torn to leave soft raw edges that drape + move fluidly. Some fraying is normal + expected after good use.
The small wooden gem is made from Paulownia wood + is hand dyed + sealed with a coconut/beeswax finish.

The Wood Folk are handmade in Byron Bay, from locally + ethically sourced, raw natural materials. As such, each is unique + vary slightly in size + colour. This isn’t seen as a defect, but a testament to the beauty + variety found in nature.
Wood Folk are approx. 95mm tall + have a diameter of approx. 30mm.
Stepping stones are approx. 75-85mm + 10mm thick.
Small gems are approx. 40mm in diameter.
