Japanese Silk Tissue Paper is a delicate coloured transparent paper used for making transparent window stars, rose window decorations (stained glass rosette replicas) and seasonal free form window scenes.
It is finer and lighter weight than waxed kite paper making it less robust yet more suitable for complicated and intricate window decorations and craft.
Also excellent for tracing making lanterns tissue flowers and tissue paper fairies.
Colours are light sensitive and designed to bleed when in contact with water making them unsuitable for use with food items and may fade with extended sunlight over time.
